IF the market strength that we have seen the last couple days continues, there are some quality companies and setups that look primed for a nice run.

Let’s look at some of them.

As always, I will send out a notification to paid subs if I add any Physical AI stocks to my port.

QCOM

I think that if we can push above the $196 level with volume, we could approach the $208 area. There really is not much resistance between those two levels. QCOM had a ton of momentum today, up around 9%. I think most of that was probably coming from the CPU momentum we saw across the market. AMD and some of the other CPU names were ripping too as investors started thinking more about CPU demand from AI agents. Also had some nice company-specific news with the LITE and GLW optical D2D demo for AI scale-up. Very interesting longer term, but I think the CPU momentum was the bigger driver today.

OUST

OUST looks like a pretty clean W setup to me. It came down into the $33 area twice, found good support right around its 200EMA, and has worked its way back up. If we can clear this ~$38.2 area with volume, I think $42–43 is pretty realistic. There has also been a steady stream of good Rev8 news. GUSS, which is owned by John Deere, plans to use Rev8 in its next generation autonomous orchard machines, and OUST has since announced new Rev8 work with GeoCue and Flyability. Last week they also talked about growing adoption of its OS1 Max for drone mapping, including infrastructure and utility inspection.

CAT

CAT has been building a pretty nice base around the $780–800 area, right around its 200EMA and 200-day. It tested that area a couple times and held, and now it is starting to work its way back up. The level I am watching is around $835–840. That is where the 50 and 100EMA are sitting and where the stock has struggled recently. If we can get through there with volume, I think $800 is pretty reasonable and maybe on to $920.

Last week they said Luck Stone is expanding its autonomous hauling technology to two more quarries after the original operation autonomously moved more than 3.5 million tons over the last 18 months. Earlier this month they also announced a partnership with FieldAI around Physical AI, robotics and digital twins using NVIDIA technology. And the business itself has been strong, with CAT raising its 2026 sales outlook last quarter as AI data center construction helped drive demand for construction and power equipment.

CAT is one that I would really like for my long term. I hope we get a dip back down to the 200D & 200 EMA one more time, but if not I might buy in higher. We’ll see.

TER

TER is sitting right underneath the $385–386 area, which has been resistance a few times recently. If we can get through there with volume, I think $410–420 could be next. The stock has been moving pretty well too. Today was its fifth straight green day, and volume came in above its 50-day average.

ADI

ADI has found support a couple times around the $350–360 area, right around its 200-day, and has now reclaimed the 20, 50 and 100EMA.

The stock has struggled at this ~$384 area a few times since July. If it can push through with volume, I think $400 could come pretty quickly and then on to $420.

It is buying Alif Semiconductor for $1.35 billion, adding AI-native processors that can run intelligence locally inside machines and devices. ADI already has the sensing, analog and power pieces. Alif adds more of the compute needed for a machine to take that sensor data, process it locally and react in real time.

Personally when I think about my long term port I think about valuation first and then the chart. So while day to day action like this isn’t the biggest factor, I did want to share because as I was going through some companies I found some with notable strength and I know a lot of you are interested in trading strong companies with good looking charts! So I figured this would be a nice supplement in addition to my other content.
