I just wanted to hop on here and highlight the articles I wrote over the past 7 days, discuss some of my investment activity, and go over what this week will bring.

Starting with this past week’s articles

(I sent out this article this morning but only a small % of people received it. So if you read this already, its just a duplicate that I am sending out again).

1 - This article was a result of researching into micro data center/modular data center/building integrated compute.

The Company I Want to Own, and the Price I’m Waiting For

I identified the 1 company that I would like to own long term to have some exposure here, while it also offers me a solid and growing foundational business. I don’t own shares yet, but I do have a price in mind. They have earnings coming up so I might miss out, but I could always reevaluate.

2 - I laid out some nice looking physical AI charts here.

5 Good Looking Physical AI Charts

Sep 22

I increasingly want my page to have lots of investor takeaway and things to research and act on. In order to do that I am working to become more visible on my own investment activity outside of my normal companies I cover. And I like sharing the setups that I am watching in a bit sized format. All 5 of these companies have moved higher in the past few days, largely due to the overall market improving. I would expect these charts to continue to move up with a good macro background.

3 - I laid out a quick thesis refresher + financial model for Amba

Why AMBA Is One of My Largest Physical AI Positions & What I Think It Could Be Worth

Sep 22

I want to make sure that all of my Physical AI positions are understood as to why I own them and where I see them going over the next few years.

4 - INOD, my first Physical AI position, was up >20% on the day.

INOD up ~20% Today. What Happened?

I wanted to discuss what drove the move, what was genuinely new vs. known, and an updated financial model behind it all.

5 - All the recent MUSE news got me digging into agentic investment implications more. Stumbled upon an interesting company that I have never heard before and don’t see anyone really talking about.

Could be a winner. But also could be a dud. I lay out the case for both.

6 - This took up a significant amount of my researching/writing hours this week.

Major Optical Updates. Main Takeaways From ECOC

Gaetano

Sep 24

Optical conferences are jam packed with technological roadmap updates. I tried to distill it down into a really easy to follow, easy to understand the investment applications. Hopefully. But it is really long and packed with insight into a majority of the optical companies I cover. I became increasingly more bullish on a handfull of companies after writing this.

7 - I share why I think INDI offers me a nice risk:reward at these levels given my investment timeframe and risk tolerance.

INDI at $3: Why I Think the Setup Is Compelling

Sep 26

I went over the growth drivers, the thesis, and financial modeling as well.

8 - And on a similar note, I discussed AKAM and why I took a position on Friday and where I will continue to build out my position.

AKAM: My Newest Position. Let’s Visit the Thesis and Financial Model

Sep 27

As always, I included the thesis, the growth drivers, the financial model, and the risks associated with it.

8 articles in 1 week! Not bad. I am happy with it especially given how much time the ECOC piece took.

Now for this coming week here are some things to expect from me:

1 - I want to have meaningful exposure to hyperscalers over the coming years. I am writing out a full breakdown of the main 5, where I see the value going, financial models, and the weights that I want for my basket.

2 - Several quick bite thesis + financial models for some optical companies I haven’t covered in a bit and some more of my Physical AI positions

3 - Layer 8 of my Physical AI research (Power and Energy Delivery). Along with the top 3 companies worth researching and which one/s I want to own.

4 - I have begun early stages of my AI medicine investment research. It’s amazing. I can’t wait to write up a full piece on it. I just want to share some preliminary thoughts on the space.

5 - Any news/updates from companies I cover that are meaningful

6 - I am in the process of updating all my optical companies financial models after this round of earnings. I will post all of them in this document when I am done. I will let you all know when that’s ready.

This is going to be a big week.

Lots of charts are at key levels that are testing a breakout.

MU reports on Wednesday.

Last earnings represented their ATH and also within a couple days of the highs in semis. Hopefully this time looks different. Ignore that circle.

10Y running insanely hot.

It’s amazing that tech is doing as well as it is right now given this.

As I have mentioned, I have personally been quite conservative on any short term swing trades. There have been lots of great opportunities that I have missed out on, but personally given my long exposure, I have been very conservative.

So any positions that I am getting in now I am getting in with a minimum 3 month time frame. Any headline on Iran could completely move us in either direction and I want stocks at valuations that I can really justify for this time frame.

I had some adds on the Phys AI port that I mentioned last week. INDI, NXPI, VPG, MBLY.

Took a starter in AKAM and plan to DCA into it.

Also recently initiated a GFS position and am full in it now. Around 5% weight for my optical port averaged at $47.

Added to my CIEN position as well after the ECOC and the updates for their growth projections.

I don’t think either of these are the best intra day swing trades. They trade heavy right now.

Stocks I like to swing trade in anticipation of momentum coming back into the optical sector include AEHR, CRDO, AXTI. They tend to move the most when the sector performs well. AAOI would usually be in there too but the ATM is just burrying any momentum.

But like I said, I have not personally caught that move as I have been more conservative on my short term trades. And just to reiterate, my focus on this page isn’t short term trades. Its multi month, multi quarter, multi year positions.

We’ve got some economic activity this week. Most notably:

  1. Friday - Jobs Report: Biggest event of the week. Payrolls, unemployment and wage growth can move yields sharply

and reset expectations for the Fed.

  1. Wednesday - Core PCE: The Fed’s preferred inflation gauge. A hot number could push yields higher and pressure

QQQ/semis; cooler inflation would be supportive.

  1. Thursday - ISM Manufacturing + Prices Paid: Gives us growth and inflation in the same report. Strong activity

plus elevated prices would be the more difficult combination for tech and long-duration growth.

So all in all, big week coming!

Thanks for everyone’s support in this journey.

I hope to only improve from here!
